7 Months

My little man turned 7 months old on 10-26. It seems like every time I turn around to pick him up, he's doing something new and has grown a little bit more. Some of his latest tricks include eating baby food like there's no tomorrow, eating rice puffs while talking to us, playing his piano and drums, sitting on his bottom playing with all of his toys, tucking his knees under himself trying to crawl, and cutting more teeth! Caleb loves to vocalize with us. It's hard to explain his noises with words but it sounds something like, "nai nai nai" and "mamama" and "ahhhhh." You get the point.

Caleb also loves to make poot noises with his mouth. Yes, I know, you don't even have to say anything.

As we approach Halloween, I'm really excited to dress up with Caleb and use him to get candy. Hey, don't judge. It's free candy. Stay tuned for pictures of the itsy bitsy spider.

Hey There Cowboy

On October 2nd, Caleb had his 6 month photo shoot with Sarah McAffry. Despite having a rough start to the day.........Caleb proved to be a good boy and is the cutest baby ever (in my opinion, of course). Here are a few of my favorite shots of the day.

I'm so sorry I haven't been able to blog like I should. Days fly by around here and before I know it, it's time for bed. I have so many posts I want to share with you! Please stay tuned for more about Caleb's cousins, 7 month pictures, and Caleb staying overnight at Nana and Papa's and Grandmommy and Granddaddy's house for the first time! To make a very long story short, I have the best little boy. He is always happy and cuddles like no one else. Every day he's discovering new things and his personality is incredible. I love this boy with all of my heart!

From 1 to 4

On October 18th, 2005, my nephew William was born. He was my mother- and father-in-law's first grandson. Fast forward about five years and things changed very quickly. On March 26th of this year, my son Caleb was born, making grandson #2. On July 15th of this year, my nephew Carter was born, making grandson #3. Then this past Friday, my nephew Ezra joined us from China. He'll turn 2 on February 3rd. He made grandson #4. There's a running joke that if you're a girl in the Norris family it was only by marrying into the name. We just can't have girls! Here's the first shot of the four grandsons together for the first time. More to come from that day!
